2) DECLARATIONS OF INTERESTS
3) PUBLIC QUESTIONS – to hear points raised by any residents present or by Councillors, restricted to 10 mins.
4) MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING – held on 24 11 2025
5) MATTERS ARISING – flooding of C126 at Panters.
6) WILTSHIRE COUNCILLOR'S REPORT – if available.
7) AREA BOARD/ LHFIG – making safer and more accessible steps on SMAN9 at Glasses Lane; installation of verge markers, reduce speed sign and bend warning sign on C24 at Lower Chicksgrove.
8) FINANCE
a) To update and address and secure Councillor access to online banking, bank card and the way in which the account should operate; to recover unreturned bank cards.
b) To approve a schedule of payment.
c) To note expenditure in relation to the budget.
9) NOMINATED ITEMS
a) Rights of Way - to note any problems.
b) To hear any updates about the conservation area beyond the allotments, and the allotments both part of the Walter Allotment Trust bequest.
c) To progress repairs to the noticeboard at Lower Chicksgrove.
d) Highways – white lining requests, sightline clearance, potholes and other details noted.
10) PARISH WEBSITE - to note comments from Cllr. Charlick on the parish website.
11) PLANNING - to hear any updates.
12) CORRESPONDENCE – requests for items for Parish Steward Issue Sheet to be received by the Clerk at least 2 weeks before the date of the visit.
