7) AREA BOARD/ LHFIG – making safer and more accessible steps on SMAN9 at Glasses Lane.

8) FINANCE

a) To update and address and secure Councillor access to online banking, bank card and the way in which the account should operate; to recover unreturned bank cards.

b) To approve a schedule of payments.

c) To note expenditure in relation to the budget.

d) To consider the provisional budget for the financial year 2026 – 2027.

e)  To set a provisional precept for the above financial year.

9) NOMINATED ITEMS

a) Rights of Way - to note any problems.

b) To hear any updates about the conservation area beyond the allotments, part of the Walter Allotment Trust bequest.

c) To progress repairs to the Compasses noticeboard.

d) Highways – white lining requests, sightline clearance, potholes.

10) PARISH WEBSITE - to note any comments from Cllr Charlick on the parish website.

11) PLANNING - to hear any updates.

12) CORRESPONDENCE - requests for items for Parish Steward Issue Sheet to be received by the Clerk at least 2 weeks before the date of the visit.
